Welcome to “Mind Yourself”
This is a comic and wellbeing resource for young people in the asylum process by young people in the asylum process.
Its purpose is to help you with your mental health. In this comic, you will find information and advice, as well as the stories of other young people who have gone through the asylum process in Ireland.
In times of great stress, we all struggle. While going through the asylum process, it can feel like even the smallest problems can tip us over the edge. Not everyone has regular access to professional help, and language barriers can make this even harder. This is where “Mind Yourself” comes in.
